Performs all laboratory tests necessary for diagnosis and treatment of patients at the request of attending physician(s). Is responsible for reporting results, which are accurate as substantiated by the use of appropriate controls. Maintenance Engineer/Manager

The Maintenance Manager supervises a staff of four maintenance workers who perform maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing or electrical servicing to the hospital facilities. Conducts technical training to staff and oversight of maintenance operation. The Maintenance Manager may issue disciplinary actions or performance improvement plans, and performs personnel evaluations. The incumbent also performs a variety of journeyman level, general, mechanical and preventative maintenance duties, as well as inspections, servicing, repair and overhaul of equipment, facilities and hospital vehicles. Maintains preventative maintenance schedule and performs scheduled preventative maintenance on all buildings and equipment. The Maintenance Manager maintains annual inspection schedules to ensure Title 22 & 24 compliance. The incumbent monitors and improves cost control measures and is constantly aware of budget and department costs (including control of overtime and other expenses). Responsible for hospital-wide work order system, and inventory control. Performs all security surveillance of hospital facilities. Serves as Chair of the Safety Committee and Co-Chair of the Disaster Preparedness Committee. Responsible for performance improvement measures and monthly reporting, department and capital budgets, various reports, maintenance policies and procedures. Ensures a safe environment for all employees, patients, family members and visitors.

Medical Director – Rural Health Clinic
Full Time Regular – Exempt Position
Coalinga Regional Medical Center (CRMC) is nestled in the Coastal mountain range of California, just 70 miles from the Pacific Coast and 60 miles west of Fresno, California. CRMC is seeking a Family Practitioner to serve as the Medical Director of our brand new hospital-based Rural Health Clinic. Physician will see patients in our clinic, oversee the Physician’s Assistant/Nurse Practitioner and perform clinic administrative duties. The Medical Director will provide direct patient care while supervising clinical operations and medical provider staff. The Medical Director is integrally involved in ensuring patient quality of care and participating in the facility’s Quality Assurance Program. The Medical Director will be required to have on-call hours as part of the clinical operation.
QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Board Certification in Family Practice. If not Board Certified in Family Practice, the physician must meet either of the following:
a. Be an active candidate for the certifying examination (active candidate means a physician who has applied to take the certifying examination, and who provides written documentation of being scheduled to take the certifying examination; or
b. Have other evidence regarding the eligibility to take the board examination such as a letter signed by the program director of his or her residency program verifying satisfactory completion of training. The residency program must be approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education; and
c. Must provide documentation of 480 hours of post-graduate supervised pediatric training in an accredited medical institution or facility.
2. Maintain current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of California and DEA registration as required by the District’s Medical Staff Bylaws and rules and regulations; and has never had any such licenses or certifications in this or any other state or country limited, withdrawn, suspended, curtailed, placed on probation or revoked
3. Must hold Medical Staff membership at the District
4. PALS certification required
